The Alignment of the 5th Dimension

After taking a break from blogging for a while to tackle some intense spiritual encounters, I’m happy to say I’m feeling grounded again. The shift is definitely upon us and I have been feeling the gusts of its mighty wind for a few adventurous weeks. While reveling in the bliss of unconditional love and synchronicities, I have also had to do battle with the depths of inner demons and nasty energetic attachments. It is from this incredible journey that I am brought back to home to share some of my lessons with any who are ready to learn.

The alignment statement:

Over a year ago my partner and I (we recently got engaged!) began practicing with various forms of breath work while incorporating intentional statements, affirmations and gemstone meditation. We had received a rather large piece of malachite from a couple of close friends a few years back as a birthday gift and had always felt very soothed by its energies. On a whim, I looked into affirmation statements for malachite and discovered that it was helpful in aligning one’s will with the will of the divine. I created an affirmation statement for follow my meditative practice using a slow, counted breath (counting to 10 during inhalation, hold for 10, release on exhale for 10 and repeat). The affirmation I used was loosely as follows: ” My will is aligned with the will of the divine and I proceed through life with confidence and higher purpose.” After doing the meditation only a few times, I started to more clearly hear my guides who proceeded to lead me through a series of informal (and sometimes very formal) exercises, classes and lessons.

I learned there was a serious connection to this alignment statement that many of my other mediation partners had not yet tapped into. I shared my experience with my partner who had yet to share in the heightened awareness I was now experiencing. After a few frustrating sessions and a moment at which he felt like giving up, he surrendered. He said, “Show me! If there is a higher purpose out there and I am a piece of this mystical puzzle then show me! I align my will with that of the divine creator and I shall carry out the will of the divine!” Shortly thereafter, he too began to have higher sense perceptions that were almost sharper than mine and I was a trained practitioner.

The 5th Dimension:

The 5th dimension is the dimension in which we align ourselves with our higher dimensional self and the will of the divine. Our guides are there to help us in our journeys. They have been there forever and they want to help us. However, since they are vehicles of the divine, they  cannot interfere with free will. You have to actively seek their assistance. The more you act in line with the requests of the divine or your guides and you continue to make your alignment statement, the more powerful the results.

Free will vs. Divine will is the ultimate battle between good and evil, light and dark. If we choose actions that are out of alignment with the divine (the master plan, god’s will or the greater good) we allow evil (demons, entities, or the destructive force) room to play. Once you align yourself, you are actively stating to the universe that you are committing yourself to working for the whole- whatever it takes. Now you don’t always have to act in accordance with the whole, but you must find a balance in it. 51% of the time to be exact.

Get Ready:

You will never become less powerful… well, unless your karma is out of balance. The flood of higher sense perceptions can be uncomfortable to say the least. Do some preliminary house cleaning first. What do you surround yourself with? Images, books, music and art that emit destructive frequencies will only bring more disharmony into your home. Do you have some personal work or shadow integration to do? Do you think your life is a wreck or do you have obstacle after obstacle jumping in the way of your goals? You may have some unhealthy energetic attachments drawing these experiences towards you. It may be helpful to do some service to others, some gifting or positive thought affirmations before aligning yourself. Once you align yourself the game is on. You are an instrument of the divine and anything that needs clearing will be knocking at your door and sometimes at very inconvenient times. Cultivate a lifestyle that promotes healing and balance before jumping into this. Find an energy therapist to help guide you through your process so you don’t spin out into a healing crisis. Creation

We are each the creator of our own universe. Once we align ourselves with our higher purpose, we come into resonance with source power. However, in numbers we are granted more source power to work with. We come together to create a new world. As we exercise and strengthen our light bodies, we see the truth. All answers reside inside of ourselves. Welcome to the awakening.

Just Breathe

When clients come to me for a treatment and ask if there’s anything I can give them to work on at home, the number one response I have is “breath work.” I’ll say this and most of the time, the client says it with me… they know. Breath work is SO SO SO important. Think about it. Breath IS life. You take your first breath when you are born, your last when you die and every breath in between is what keeps you alive.

I wanted to be a professional singer growing up and when I started studying energy work, I was shocked to discover that my day would start out pretty much the same way; breath work. I am forever thankful for the years of breathing exercises my voice teachers put me through because it saved my behind in healing school.

When you start to do breath work, a few things usually happen. You get bored, you feel a resistance to breathing, you get dizzy and feel sick to your stomach, or you have an emotional release. All of these things deter people from persevering and breaking down that wall that allows them to fully realize the benefits of breath work.

Breath work can calm mind chatter, reduce blood pressure, calm nerves and anxiety, wake up your chakras and meridians, and so much more. I found that I became more productive throughout the day, slept better, and had a much sharper mind early in the day. I’ve listed a few simple breath exercises below; try a few out for a few days and see if you notice any changes.

Easy breath work techniques: 

1. Alternate nostril breathing:

Take a finger and hold the right side of your nostril closed. Breath in through the left nostril slowly, perhaps on a count to five. Release your finger on your right nostril and breath out. Repeat this about 5-10 times and then switch nostrils and do the series again. This is excellent for balancing left/right brain activity, masculine/feminine energies, clearing mind chatter, reducing anxiety, and obtaining clarity of mind. This ideally should be done at least once a day, but any time you can spare to do it will definitely help.

2. 3rd Chakra Fire Breathing

Lie on your back or sit comfortably with your back straight. Use you diaphragm to quickly take a strong inhalation through your nose and then back out. You will want to make sure your air is fully expelled when you exhale and you will automatically breath in once all air is released. Do this for about 2 or 3 minutes at first and see if you can work your way up to 10. This is excellent for clearing mind chatter, activating your 3rd chakra and revving up personal power.

3. Counted breath

This one is very simple. On a count to 5, breath in slowly. Exhale on a count to 5. Repeat. I would start with a count to 5 and then start challenging yourself to work up to higher numbers. This I find to be the most calming breath exercise. I feel deeply peaceful, calm, and balanced when I do this. Make sure you aren’t breathing shallow. Bring your awareness to the lower lobes of your lungs, the sides of your torso and your heart center. Make sure you are completely filling these areas with air.

4. Liver breathing

The liver holds our anger and can sometimes even hold deep seated grief. If you’re feeling irritable, having pre-menstrual mood swings or discomfort, breast distention, dizziness or maybe even just hung over, try this to stimulate your liver and get some every flowing. Breathe in slowly through your nose until your lungs are full. Try to initiate the breath from the lower abdomen and place your awareness just below your rib cage. Exhale using an open mouthed “haaaaa” and stick your tongue out. This would be the kind of release or exhale you may do to someone after you’ve eaten tons of garlic and want to share your fumes. It’s reminiscent of a dentist’s “say ah,” but more breathy. If you’re having trouble, just think less voice and more breath. The breath is always the most important part.

I have no time to do breath work!

I hear that all the time. Sure you do. When you take a shower, when you sit in traffic, 2 minutes before bed or right before you get out. Once you start to do it, you’ll find time to do it. Everyone starts out somewhere.

Again, breath work is SO important. I can’t stress this enough. The more you do it, the more you realize the potential it has to truly transform you and break down limitations. We exercise our bodies through physical activity, we exercise our minds through learning and communication, breath work is like weight lifting for your spirit.

Metamorphosis

You are an energy being. This has been recognized in many ancient cultures and is again becoming a more widely accepted truth about our universe. We have energy that moves in, around and throughout our physical bodies. Our bodies are weighted by the Earth’s gravitational pull and we feel matter as being solid.

You are becoming a light being. Many people feel this and know this to be true. Some of us have already made major changes while some of us have not. Some of you may be thinking that this is not true and I just ask that you read this with an open mind. Some of us will not change, but may later pass on to be born again as a new child that will already have been born into a light body. This is just one aspect of the shift that is occurring.

I practice vibrational medicine in Seattle, WA. I am sensitive to subtle changes in frequency and am skilled at assessing and manipulating energy flow in, around and through the human body. I can see shifts in frequency as well as hear, smell and sense them. Although I very much love doing healing treatments and helping other people reach their highest potential, I really enjoy talking about what I do and inspiring others to begin their own journey of developing higher sense perception. As we continue along this life on Earth and our dimensional frequencies shift, I want to be of service to those who may have questions about the shift, or are experiencing changes, to help illuminate what I can and make this shift a little more comfortable.

I can’t recall exactly when I experienced the first signs of change because I believe at the time that it happened, I was not aware. Once I began my studies in vibrational medicine, I was consciously working to develop higher sense perceptions. At first I thought everyone could see clearly from their eyeballs all the energy and symbols… I thought I wasn’t developing as quickly. Then, I realized I needed to go within and visualize. I learned the difference between imagining and visualizing and began trusting my intuition. The more I trusted and let go of believing I couldn’t see it, the more I could. Now, I have to remember to turn it off sometimes. It’s difficult to socialize and know that much about a person.

A few weeks ago I started noticing that my mind chatter (although I meditate often and have much less mind chatter than I have had for years past) had decreased. There was a loneliness about it at first and then a friend commented that she had also noticed this. My acupuncturist then told me that we experienced a shift beginning on January 15th and our gravitational pull weakened ever so slightly causing us to lift a fraction further out of density. What does this mean? We became just slightly less solid and in doing so, made an evolutionary step. As lighter beings, our ego is humbled.

Some symptoms you may be feeling during this shift:

Headaches and fatigue- can be caused by processing emotions or energies that are no longer serving you. Remember, time is speeding up and karmic cycles are being played out in rapid pace. Re-evaluate your intentions. Are you acting out of service to others, for the greater good, in balance with how often you choose for yourself?

Nerve pains-  May be connected to solar flares. Try keeping a journal of your body aches and pains and then see if you can detect a pattern between mass ejections and your symptoms. I believe that yoga is a big help for relieving this. We want to get the body moving and distributing energy in a balanced flow.

High Sense Perception- this can be any extra or higher sensory perception. Are you hearing or seeing energy more? Are your sensing feelings from others or picking up on more information that is non-verbal? Are you noticing yourself becoming more sensitive? Try and harness this. It may be difficult to do if you are unfamiliar, but see if you can find a workshop in your area or and energy healer to help you.

Eyes/ Ears- I’m noticing a shift in the lenses of our eyes and our control over the muscles in our eyes and ears. Play around. See if you can direct your hearing or sight on a distinct target and listen or zoom in. Are there physical sensations that accompany this?

Appetite fluctuating- You may find that you are having trouble maintaining a balanced appetite. Lighter beings need less food, but we are still very much grounded in our physical bodies which need a lot of fuel. This can cause us to lose our appetite and then feel very hungry. The healthier, less processed, less modified foods we place into our body, the more stable our appetite will be. If you find yourself eating a lot of processed foods, cut back. We may also be turning to heavier foods to feel more grounded. This light new feeling can be difficult for some depending on where you are in your physical metamorphosis and may be uncomfortable for some at first. Cleanses (nothing too extreme) may be very beneficial during this time. Visiting a nutritionist may also be a good idea if you find yourself struggling.

So what does this all mean? Well, we are evolving. This is a gradual process that for many has already started happening and will continue to happen over the course of the next decade or so. These changes occur faster as we place focus on them and work on expanding our consciousness. Others may not have any knowledge or idea that this is happening and will need the support of those who have already made strides in their transition to aid them in theirs.

Be patient. These changes can be uncomfortable for some and may send emotions running wild and the ego grasping for air. This is where your inner work becomes very important. Take the time to do some meditation and evaluate your intentions. Even if you just have time to do some breath work in the shower- every little bit helps! If you set your intention to shift your focus from a self-centered perspective to the service of others, the Earth and community, and then take a moment to have a few focused breaths or a moment of silence, the power in those brief moments balance the rest of your day. Being present in mind and in the moment is also very important. Be here, prepared to be here, to engage in this moment and nowhere else. Give each moment your full attention and you will notice the sacredness in all that is. You will remember the light that is within you and it will grow.

Celebrate the inner child

I advocate for silliness. I believe that every person has an inner child that is bursting with uninhibited joy, capable of laughter that is infectious and creativity that knows no bounds. I have a dear friend that exemplified this inner child. Whenever I hear her laugh, I picture baby angels laughing on animal cracker clouds, connected on bouncing sparkling rainbows, surrounded by unicorns.

Not many of us have had the gift of a trauma-free childhood and thinking back to our younger years may seem like a painful reminder of all we did not have. Yet try, for a minute to find a time when you were young, carefree and fully engaged in whatever world you were creating for yourself. I used to think if I played pretend hard enough, I would make my make-believe world my reality. I didn’t realize how smart a statement that really was.

Years go by and disappointments, embarrassing moments in my teens and early twenties, ego-centered behavior kicks in and I forget this. My world is no longer colorful and imaginative, but bland, banal and full of problems. Other people’s problems that make my life difficult. I was so obsessed with myself that I had lost myself. I was not the creator of my world, but rather a victim of it.

Inevitably, more years go by. Finding myself so concerned with what other people think, I really had lost myself. It wasn’t until I went to Burning Man and called out to the universe to show me something! It answered back in a flood of synchronicities that led me to meet the inner child.

My inner child was scared, lonely and insecure. Through journaling from her perspective, playing and showering her with love during meditation, and re-visiting those traumatic events in my life that made my inner child hide away for many years, she started to come out.

Pillow fight! This is why at 28 I hosted a backyard ultimate pillow fight. Creativity flourished and I discovered that I can make art. I remembered how instantly you can become a tiger and growl and play.

A process I’ve come to enjoy as a method for getting in touch with your inner child is a simple meditation. Sit in meditation and perhaps (as some have reported to find it helpful) have a moment of your childhood that you can easily recall and picture vividly in which you were playing, open hearted and free already determined.

Observe yourself playing. When ready, engage in the play with your inner child. What are you playing? Offer love and listen to anything your inner child says. Continue this for whatever time period seems comfortable; 20- 30 minutes should be adequate, but take more time if you need it. When you close, hug your inner child and let them know you are here for them if they ever need you. When parting, if you have dealt with fear of abandonment, you may want to focus on making your inner child feel safe as you leave. Record anything you uncover as you bring your awareness back into the room. As always, make sure you practice keeping safe energetic boundaries and set your intention before going into meditation.

The inner child connects us to joy. Joy is a high state of awareness that knows no judgement. As we focus on raising the consciousness of those around us, focus on areas of our life that bring us joy. Can we create more of them?

I feel connected again to this stone that i had the honor of meeting about two years ago in St. Thomas. As my partner and I placed our hands on this stone which has been at the castle for I believe 90 or so years, we were filled with warmth. Instantly tears came to our eyes as our energies danced with travelers before us. When the Seattle skies are at their greyest, I think of this stone and it brings the sun back.

Since this was a stone that would be touched by many after us, we stood there aligning our intentions to be of the highest nature. If you ever manage to visit the amber museum at blackbeard’s castle in St. Thomas and place your hands upon this stone, perhaps the love we sent in will spread to you as well.

A journey began… a dream from the past

So last night I had another crazy dream. I did some breath work right before bed because I was nervous about today’s final. When I had finally grounded out my overactive energy, I went blissfully to sleep. The dream started with Cj and I taking a wander through this new city. It was beautiful. We wandered until we realized it was getting late and we needed to get home. We were looking forward to something, a good dinner maybe? We took this shortcut through an alley way and ran into some bums. We walked as fast as we could because they were eyeballing my purse. One shouted at us and reached out to grab my arm. CJ held my hand and took off running through the corridors of this now white building. As we ran, my feet lifted off the ground and I flew behind CJ. It was not as if I was really flying, but more symbolic of the fact that he was protecting and guiding me without me being of any burden. We escape and a familiar woman appears. She asks where we are going and I realize we are above the Earth and it is more of a question of “where do you want to go?”

I wake up- not really, but this is a dream inside a dream. The woman is by my bedside meditating. CJ is still asleep. She greets me with a kind smile and asks if I know who she is. I say no. She tells me she is my mother. I tell her I know that she is not my mother, she looks nothing like her. She smiles again and says that she is everyone’s mother. I know this to be true and she brushes my face with the back of her hand. As she does this, I can feel her soft hand against my face and also feel the sensation of my hand brushing her soft face even though my hand has not moved.

Suddenly I wake up- again, this is a new layer of a dream within a dream within a dream. I’m looking down at a baby in my arms. The baby is peaceful and I know that the baby is me. I also know that as I am looking down at myself through my mother’s eyes, I am also my mother. We float in this velvety, warm, soft fluid space being comforted and kept safe and I realize that I am inside my mother in the womb and I witness the birth of myself as the baby and the mother simultaneously. It is beautiful and the light that shines as I am born is blinding and frightening and painful but beautiful and exciting at the same time.

The bed shakes. I feel rumbling coming from the ground and I wake up. Again, this is the next layer of a dream within a dream within a dream within a dream. I think we’ve just had an earthquake and I wake CJ. He grumbles, “oh everyone is so freaking paranoid about earthquakes now. It was nothing. Go back to bed. Grrr…” A red light illuminates the bedroom from outside and we hear voices. It sounds like the military. I hear an elephant and when we look outside, we realize our house is in the middle of the jungle and there are people in traditional East Indian garb riding elephants through our backyard. The elephants acknowledge my presence. The are decorated in beautiful jewels and fabric. They are massive yet small at the same time. They nudge my house and I feel the shaking again. A group of young people are fighting their way through a river and harsh rain and the red light grows more intense. A voice says, “grab your weapon.” I look at CJ and we are both speechless. We must leave. My cell phone rings and it is a friend of mine- it is one voice yet many friends within the single voice. They need help and are crying. I must leave to help them immediately.

Now I wake up again. This is now a dream within a dream within a dream within a dream within a dream. I am walking down a hallway with CJ and we approach a large room with a starry night ceiling and dark blue walls. There is a cage in the corner and the woman who told me she was everyone’s mother is within it holding a baby. She calls us to her and opens the cage. She tells me she has yet to give us our fortunes and asks us to hold out our hands. We are excited and as she opens her bag, she pulls out two violet decorated merkabas. Words and symbols of light come rushing forth from the merkaba immediately upon placing it in my hand. Luminescent crystals fly through the air and surround me. Music plays. The information is coming too quickly and I shut my palms over it. She talks to me and tells me that these fortunes are important and has a large smile on her face. I hear voices in many languages, none of them English, giving me information at the same time. I open my palm again and see that the merkaba has opened and is now a vortex that pulls me into it. Although it pulls me in, I am also observing this from the outside. I am in space and this energy and light is outside of me.

And again I wake up to a red light again appearing in the window of my bedroom. I am more conscious now and am recalling the dreams that have occurred, thinking about how strange it is that I had so many dreams within dreams. I begin to get up and get ready for the day pondering the dreams.  A structure appears in the corner of the bedroom window accompanied by a wailing noise and a loud clash and as I go to look at it more closely, I can tell that it is something alien. A UFO. I move in closer and the window has disappeared and I am floating outside above the house growing closer towards it. It feels welcoming, but unfamiliar and I am a bit weary. I proceed out into space with caution.

I wake up again, this time for real. I realize that the previous sensation of waking up was the final dream within a dream within a dream within a dream within a dream within a dream within a dream. My heart is racing and I feel tingly everywhere. I see shadows and light objects in the bedroom and CJ again is fast asleep next to me. What has just happened? I feel as if I have traveled far. Did I have adventures within each level of consciousness? What was the significance of the merkaba? The elephants? Mother? The aliens? The LA gangster bum people that tried to grab my purse?

I dream a lot. I remember a lot of them and they get deeper and deeper as I get older. New sensations arise as I develop new levels of awareness and new high sense perceptions. What is the significance of the multiple layers or dreams within dreams? This happens to me often. I feel changed today somehow. A deep peace resides within… blissful joy.
